We are seeking a professional to assist with the administrative efforts for our fast-growing Display Solutions Company. As an Administrative Assistant for USMP, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- CEO Assistance
- Phone Coverage
- Office Maintenance and Management
- Marketing
- Sales Support
- Customer Service
- Company Events
- Shipping
- General Reports, Forms and Data Entry

Required Skills:
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Accuracy
- People skills – the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with others
- Strong computer skills (MS Office)
- Desire to take on new responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
- Located in Austin
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1 to 3 years of administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Other Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Salesforce CRM
- Customer Service
