This application required a wide temperature range of –20C to 70C. Our displays come in a variety of temperature ranges including standard 0C to 50C, wide –20C to 70C and extra wide –30C to 85C. Please contact us for custom temperature ranges specific to your needs.

The KFM101-CT keyboard has been used in this harsh environment application for many years. The sealed keyboard complete with integral trackball and steel housing provide the perfect fit for this industrial application. The smooth surface of the keyboard allows for easy cleaning. And the tactile feel of the short-travel mechanical switch keys allows for easy typing and data input.

Due to the very harsh environment of this application, we designed in a Force Stick. This unit has strain gauges that sense the stick being pushed in a particular direction. The joystick provides a signal used to control the direction of the equipment. Because there are no moving parts, the Force Stick cannot be easily damaged. This has resulted in a very robust solution and has been well proven in the field.
